Finally back out and in belgium too, cracking entry and new gearbox to get my head round but short tests so far feel good. Can't wait

Well managed to get a finish, rusty start but got things going, intercom couldn't handle the extreme whine from the dogbox and as a consequence hearing became a problem. Handling and diff cooler all good keeping temps in check.. Dry conditions to start but after the Historics had been through the rain started for the last three stages and being on dry tyres it was like driving on glass!! Anyhow ended up 33rd out of 145 and first in the f.i.r.c 2wd class, so the pot drought is over! Next round in two weeks on the wervik rally.

Not yet, have a new bullitt cam but excessive gearbox whine has took it's toll on the sound quality.

Good news is that the incar cam issues seem to be ironed out, footage soon. Better run at the weekend on the wervik rally, round 2 of the firc challenge. Car was good in the dry, yet again it rained at the end of a very long day scuppering a better result, but 28th out 150, and another firc 2wd class win slowly getting used to the dogbox.

I was away to ask what your thoughts were on the box,,,, you liking it ?.

Getting there, only ever had a syncro box, so its very noisy, slow speed driving is a matter of timing your gear change speed to the speed of the engine. At full pelt up the box is very quick up and down the box, only had it not want a gear once or twice probably down to me not being more positive, but beginning to like it and it still feels like your driving a car properly and not a playstation
