Jack Neal Memorial Stages 2013

A two car BMW team headed for the Jack Neal Stages at Blyton on 10th March with both cars making their competitive debuts. The BMW Compact of Kenny & Alan Brown was seeded at 22, with the E36 M3 of Young Chris & Old Chris Pedley starting at 25.

The day was planned as a shakedown to see how the newly built cars perform and we were extremely pleased that both cars ran faultlessly all day which meant a day of specatating for the servcie crews. The final results showed Kenny & Alan an excellent 6th overall and 1st in class and Chris & Chris a creditable 13th overall and 2nd in class.

Took a while but we got there in the end!!!

But where were you guys this year??

My son Andrew drove our new (to us, ex Nathan Gunston) M3 engined compact to 6th place and 2nd in class, his first rally in a rwd car, and I managed to have an electrical problem and lost 2.5 mins on the second stage after an 8th fastest on the 1st stage, in my compact with 2.8 engine, Oh Well!! Cadwell next for both of us in April.
