I have Rallied a few MK2 Escorts over the years they may not have been the big banging all singing and dancing cars but still had good fun rallying them, I sold the car and started my own business so been out of the sport for a while, I missed it so much I bought a cheap Seat Ibiza rally car just to get back into it but it wasn`t the same as getting the ar@e end out so I`m going down the Compact E36 route as this seems to be a cheaper way of getting back to rear wheel drive as opposed to using MK2 Escort.

Does any body agree? or can you have an open cheque book for bmw`s.as well?
