2.5's s14's with Ram air sound the best - it will sound as good as it look
The wheels fill the front arches, presuming you are on a 8" rim what offset have do you have?

more work done today lights and flashers working (thanks neal) made the panel for the stack dash and the fuse boerd etc its starting to look like a car now i was told yesterday that i did not need to use verniea pulleys on the cams any thoughts on this. will take some pics off progress

two options steve, file holes and re-dowel, like our first attempt which worked.

as bro' says, its common to elongate/slot the holes slightly and then clamp up with the 6 bolts with the dowel removed.
However on our engine, the nose for the rotor arm (If you are still using it) clamps the sprocket to the exhaust cam, on the inlet cam (to settle my nerves) we chopped the end of an old cam off, then after doing a drawing (at work ) , had a clamping plate turned >

These are working fine on our engine that does 8k.

Edit: dont forget a new set of locking tabs that go under the bolt heads (part no. 11311305070)

First time round we re-dowelled the cams but apparently this is ott.

thanks for the advice guys a few more pics of progress, the rest off the engine bits came from the states today cams, rods, valve springs e.t.c so will be giving them all to the man tomorow wiring is a f 65£"$$&^^ing nightmare (didnt help that me and neal were pissed all weekend are well it had to be done

Yes well it had to be done indeed,have we ever been in any other state when I have been down!!

Glad to say the wiring was starting to make progress from the nightmare which faced me at the start of the week. At least the germans opt to use the same colour of wires for each job throughout the whole car unlike the Italians. Actually looking forward to finishing it, bit by bit.

Anyone know where we can get hold of good interconnecting relay holders?

OH s**t help i may have made a big f#$#k up i think now that i have a small case diff (well 3 ) and i have the cage mounts going to the pick up points .if i fit a medium or large case diff will these be the same?????????????????????

small (168) and medium (188) have the same fitment. Never had a large diff (210) but suspect they will differ

i have been talking to a guy today who said that he would be able to make up a 2.2 lock to lock kit to fit a standard compact rack would any body else be intrested in one dont know how mucgh they will be yet i said i would see if there is any more intrest and get back to him
