Tempest Rally 7th November

Well that was quite painless.
The car was finished in good time and ready to go.
A 1 min penalty before the first stage didn't help matters much due to being to keen to get going and checking into the first control early.
A good steady drive and picking the pace up as the day progressed and as the trust in the rubber and notes came.
We brought the car home 29th overall.
It only had a 1.8 8 valve in it and I didn't even change the oil from when the previous owner had it.
So more power is needed for next year. But I need to get the tank in the boot and a few other things first.
All in a good day was had. Apart from my back bumper falling off somewhere there was not a scratch on it.
