Just realised in my lurking time that I hadn't introduced myself, my name is Meirion and I'm a Peugeot/Citroen addict, and if you're on any of those associated forums you might have seen my rather prolific posting

I've no plans to build a BMW rally car but I do admire them from afar, and as it happens I am tempted by an E34 525 TDS Touring, which is currently Auto and if I do buy and keep it I would likely want to convert it to manual, so might ask the knowledgeable peeps on here for some guidance
