Morning Guys n Gals,

I'm about to send off my '02 Touring to the bodyshop and need to start making some decisions about what to do with it 6 months hence. I tried rallying the other week and absolutely loved so my thoughts are now "could I make the '02 a rallycar?" I've tried to get my head around the blue book but, to be honest, came away confused!

Could anyone give me a steer as to whether or not there's a class in which I could compete assuming all the poiwertrain was at least BMW if not original '02?

The front is entirely FG and comes away as a oner. The rear arches are FG, too. Here's how she looks currently

Hi.
I've no connection to Dennis - there was atleast 1 owner inbetween him and I. She's been off the road for over a decade so I'm trying to right that wrong this year or next.
Here's another of her from 1998 on Anglesey:

Remember it having a good m10 engine first time I saw it but it progressed to the race scene and ended up with an s14 engine. Would make a nice looking rally car!

Anyone got any advice re my car's eligibility to rally?

You can rally anything under 3.0 ltr! If you want to go historic..I think they were homolgated in '72 with the m10 1990cc . Don't quote me on it but struggling to see much, job for the tech dept at the msa.
