Another 1 series rally car being built

I heard recently that Lyndon Barton has sold his Escort Mk2 WRC and has already purchased a 1 series E82 Coupe with the intention of building a rally car from it (I expect it will be built by Graham Quick).

Should be interesting, I expect there will be no expense spared and it will be stunning!

Confused. Com!! Why?? The escort is nearly there, 1 coupe will be heavier and if he puts a straight 3 litre in it, albeit worked. I doubt it'll be massively quicker!

Car is very nearly finished , just engine tuner holding job up looks amazing , will post pics if some one tells me how too ha ha

Simon, you have to host the pictures in something like Photobucket, then just copy the image URL to here. You have to reduce the sizes of the images, usually something like 600 x 480 I think. Its easy enough.
