Crazy Irish co driver in car - any ideas?

I've just tried to find a link to the above YouTube clip. I'm sure I first saw it posted here somewhere and wanted to show some friends I'm on holiday with. I've found a shortened version, but the long one culminated in them getting completely irate and tapping another competitor. Very funny video but I guess as it showed deliberate ramming it may have been removed? Any links appreciated
