Well the scimitar has a good a lump and i think a 4ha back end so it gets my vote.
The 5 should purr too, but i think you chose a too easy fix - It should have had an M62 like its fatter younger cousins

i did ponder the V8 conversion but the extortionate costs of a manual box put me off. anyway, a classic beemer like that needs a 'six

the scimitar is a joint venture with my dad, and a handy way of stopping myself buying a 635csi weldathon

hello everyone,
it's been a little while since i've been on here after having to retire the rally car for a while. just thought i'd give a little update on these two projects.
the scim now looks like this


it's by a long distance the best thing i've ever bought, everything just makes sense on it. except for trunions, they're just a fucking stupid idea.

the shark now sounds like this

i'll be back in the rally car when funds allow, but seeing as i'm house hunting that could be a while!
