I saw a partially completed compact rally/track car on the M6 Northbound, Keele Staffordeshie area yesterday afternoon, white fibreglass bootlid with big spolier and a roll cage fitted, anyone on here?

Re: Blue compact on M6 on trailer yesterday
Andy, I wouldn't for one minute be surprised if you'd had yet another change of plans and bought it back (and probably for "a song") ! Martin
Re: Blue compact on M6 on trailer yesterdayI don't think it's going to happen. I sold everything off too cheaply and to get back to where I was with all the spares - wheels, tyres, coilpacks, gearbox, diffs, lights, bodywork etc etc would cost far too much now for a pensioner like me
The entry fees are scary now too, but the main thing stopping me is the hassle involved. As you know we did everything ourselves including servicing and whilst it was enjoyable it was always hard work. Can't get 2nd hand Colway inters any more neither. I think I'm "cured" this time. Must spend more time with the golf bats and fishing rods this year However, if you get me a licence, pay the entry etc I'll give that car of yours a good seeing to ![]()
