STUCK!!!!

Hi, ive had to create a new login to post this, im bmwcompactrally but now with a full stop at the end, i couldnt login under my normal user name cos my password wont work, i cant request my password to my email cos i cant access the email address i atached to my account , i want to use my original user name anyone any ideas how to go about sortin it???????????????????????????????/
