query on e30 cars

are all the front arms , front cross members rear diff housings steering racks nuts and bolts that hole together etc etc the same on all e30 cars

reason i ask is im about to start a build of an e30 from a 325 i model caged shell but have no other parts

so need a donor car is say a 316 e30 the same as a 325i parts wise

i know diffs etc wont be the required items but the general parts ?

Generally yes, only difference on rear beams are exhaust hanging points.

I dont suppose you know if e36 suspension fits

I currently have a full set of bilstein challenge spec suspension 4stud e30 stuff

But with the enginue im planning i wonder if id be better going to the e36 suspension ?

Z3 rear fits , possibility of wide tracking with later models? Not sure wether or not you could make the front legs work too. Want to sell the challenge stuff?

Now heres a question

Is the 325i se automatic the same apart from gearbox ?

Also is the rear diff carrier axle the same

Should be.. 2dr 4dr all the same..
