E30 roll cage

Do anyone recognise this type of cage?
I'm considering a stage rally car but the S bend is making me wonder if the cage will be acceptable for the MSA. I've sent them and a scrutineer I know a photo but no reply as yet.

Looks omp, but is that an I.d tag on the main hoop?

I'm not sure. There is a similar 'tag' on the other side in other photos.
