Hockley Subframe bush question

Hi everyone,

Can someone explain to me how I fit the HH subframe bushes. Do I need to grind out the 'dimples' in the subframe or is it a case of modifying the bushes themselves? I've a bit peeved that the bushes don't appear to be a simple fit, unless I'm missing something?
