E36 compact 2 1/4" spring rates

Postby Wilson-ti » Fri Mar 20, 2015 4:08 pm

Hi,
I'm building a road rally 318ti. I have converted the car to take the group4 escort bilstein coilovers and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction on what spring rates to use front and rear I will be using 14" 2 1/4" springs, front inserts will be 100/70 long and the rears will be the group 4 rear coilover.
Any help would be great thanks.
